Course Fees:
- $1495.00 per Doctor - includes limo service to and from the airport, lunch and comprehensive course binder
- $695.00 per auxilliary course
- $895.00 per Merlin course
- $495.00 per staff member
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations 10 days before seminar are refunded less $100 administration fee
- Cancellations within 10 days or less of seminar refunded less 10% and $100 administration fee
- Should HTL be forced to cancel the seminar, full refunds will be given
- There is no compensation for travel expenses.
